It took me a while to get around to adding the payment feature to this web site but it is finally LIVE.
I admit I’m about a week behind schedule for adding this feature, but, jeepers, it’s summer! And there is yard work, gardens, family stuff, and boats to launch, and so on and so on. I also have a new love in my life who I hope you’ll all get to meet soon.
And it also was delayed because, frankly, it is a real pain to set up correctly with regard to our new nonprofit status, security concerns and a variety of behind-the-scenes backend technology and rules. And I told myself i was done with all this Web development stuff…
So, if you are like me and resist having to make out a check, or hate having to get the bank to do it for me, and prefer to simply use the credit or debit card, well I just spent about five hours on your behalf. I hope that alone might be worth your $37.50.
In addition to being able to register and pay for your event participation right on this website, I hope you think about adding a little donation while you are at it. The donation money will anonymously go to classmates who might not otherwise afford to attend. In the past, this has helped a few of or members to enjoy their friends. This year some of our donated funds might even go to transportation needs: maybe a taxi, Uber, or Lyft. Or maybe you can fill out the message section on the contact form to offer a ride to someone from one of our nearby towns.
Any extra monies after covering our costs will be saved to fund future reunions.
And though we are now officially a nonprofit, your donations are not tax deductible. But they will be good for your heart.
I did all I can to make it easy for you to RSVP, pay, and/or donate to our good cause. The rest is up to you.
I don’t know how to use this thing could you let me know how I can get my money to you on time.
Hey there Tom. That is actually a fair question. There are a couple of ways to get your reservation made and paid for. Ideally you might first go to the Contact page and fill out your current address and other information so the Committee can stay in contact with you. Then, if you have a credit or debit card and want to pay for your reservation online:
1. Go to the Shop page by clicking on the word Shop at the top of every page on this website,
2. Make a selection and click “Add to Cart.”
3. Wait a few seconds and you should see the words “View cart” next to the purple button.
4. Click on “View cart.”
5. The new page will display the item you selected and will allow you to put in the quantity you want (“2” if you are bring another person).
6. If you use Apple Pay or G Pay click the appropriate button. If not, click on the words “Proceed to Checkout”
7. Fill out the complete form. The credit processing requires completing every field.
8. If you want to add a note to your order (perhaps for dietary information, mobility assistance, etc.) click the checkbox “Add a note to your order.” If you click it, another section opens up where you can type your note.
9. Click “Place Order.”
10. You will see a confirmation on the next page that shows in your browser. In addition, the website will send a confirmation of your order to your entered email.
Now if you are using an older browser, some of the online payment pages may not work.
I had a problem of a page in the online payment not functioning using a 15-year old Safari browser in my Macintosh. If that happens, then you’ll need to mail a check to Mary Alice Timmons. If you don’t fill out your information on the Contact page, I recommend you also send Mary Alice your most up-to-date contact information.
Mary Alice’s address is at the bottom of the Event Details page. That link is in a dropdown menu from the Home link at the top of every website page.
I can’t find the site to give my credit card number. I’ll keep trying if I can’t I’ll pay cash when I get there. Thank you all.

Ho Dana, sorry you had an issue. There are multiple ways throughout this site to access the store to select the reservation and make a payment. If you simply click on “Shop” from the main menu at the top of any page it will take you where you need to go.
